Privacy notice
Last updated 22 October 2026
This notice explains what personal data KalvyAI (“we”) collects through this website, why, and your rights. It is written to meet India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and, for visitors in the EU and UK, the GDPR.
What we collect
- Details you give us in our forms: name, work email, company, platform, company size and your message.
- Booking details if you schedule a call through Cal.com.
- Basic, privacy-friendly usage statistics (pages viewed, referrer, country). We do not use advertising cookies.
Why we use it
- To reply to you, prepare for calls and send the assessment or quote you asked for.
- To keep a record of our conversations with prospective clients.
- To understand which pages are useful, in aggregate.
We rely on your consent when you submit a form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We never sell your data or use it to train AI models.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the site and reply to you: hosting, database, email, scheduling (Cal.com) and our CRM. Each is bound by a data processing agreement. Some may process data outside India or the EU, under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to act for you (DPDP Act). EU and UK visitors can also object to processing, ask for portability and complain to their data protection authority.
Contact and grievances
Email support@kalvyai.com. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India or, in the EU and UK, your local supervisory authority.
